Roman T. Kulich Appointed CEO of Molina Healthcare of Michigan

(Bloomfield Hills, MI) Molina Healthcare of Michigan has appointed Roman T. Kulich as President and Chief Executive Officer effective October 29, 2001.

Kulich, a health care executive with over two decades of experience, was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of SelectCare, a health plan which served over 300,000 members in the greater Detroit area. He was also Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Administration and Finance for Health Alliance Plan in Detroit, a managed care plan affiliated with the Henry Ford Health System.

Kulich holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University with an emphasis on Finance, as well as a CPA Certificate in the State of Michigan. He is active in civic and community-based activities. Among those, Kulich is a Fellow of the Health Care Financial Management Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Detroit Area Health Council; the Metropolitan Affairs Council; and the Troy Community Foundation.
