Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) announced today the appointment of two new executives to its management team. Rick Click has joined the Company as its Vice President and Chief Information Officer, and Robert D. Armstrong has joined the Company as its Vice President of Human Resources.

Rick Click most recently served as Global Technology Leader for Ebay - PayPal, where he developed the financial services outsourcing model for paypal.com and set up the international programming, security modeling, and quality testing programs for the organization. He previously served as President of the U.S. Division of American Outsourcing Group as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Goodman Global Holdings.
Prior to joining Molina Healthcare, Mr. Armstrong served for four years as Vice President, People Services, for Davita, Inc., where he had human resources oversight for the company's 15,000 employees. Prior to joining Davita, Mr. Armstrong oversaw the human resource functions for such large organizations as Expo Design Centers, a division of Home Depot Co.; Automation USA, an automotive retailer; and Medtronic Interventional Vascular (MIV), a provider of technology solutions for people with chronic diseases.
