LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2006--Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) announced today that Ann Wehr, MD, has been named as the Chief Executive Officer of Molina Healthcare of New Mexico. Jerry Landgraf, her predecessor as Chief Executive Officer, will remain with the Company during a transitional period during which he will also be responsible for several corporate-wide initiatives. Dr. Wehr will report to Terry Bayer, Chief Operating Officer of Molina Healthcare, Inc.
Dr. Wehr has most recently been serving as the Chief Medical Officer of Molina Healthcare of New Mexico. She had previously served as Molina's Medical Director for its Quality Improvement Department. She also formerly served as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Mexico.

Dr. Wehr earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and her Medical Degree at Ohio State University College of Medicine, Columbus, Ohio. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Vanderbilt University of Nashville, Tennessee, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of numerous associations, including the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, and the Greater Albuquerque Medical Association.
